I'm currently trying to move from my living situation, I made this post on twitter days ago asking for help.
My situation is getting pretty hard and complicated with my mother and her husband, I don't really feel very secure and comfortable living with them anymore. I've had a long and complicated relationship with them for more than a decade and I'm reaching a breaking point now as an adult, I just really need to get tf out and figure my life out. (without them)
I've been battling a lot with my mental health n physical health that i feel like a prisoner in my room, It's been affecting my ability to work efficiently, motivations have been low, it's been hard to keep up with shit and I'm miserable cause of it. there's so much shit I'd thought I'd be able to do but man,,,
It's a real can of worms I'm not ready to open up yet honestly.
But yanno fuck it we ball, I'm having commissions open. Specifically Discounted Sketches.
The support would be appreciated, I'm currently saving up to 2k (at max, 4k would be ideal) for moving supplies and food n general preparations/emergencies.
The plan is that I'm moving down to live with my boyfriend, he lives states away n I'm planning a road trip.
lots of money is gonna go into gas n hotels (if needed) n food.
I'm hoping to get tf out by the end of the year or even before, hopefully.

I'm broke as a joke, but if I can recommend some tips, look up food pantries to stock up on food for the trip. Pantries can't discriminate who they serve, so as long as you live in the area (and sometimes even that isn't a requirement) and tell them you need food they should help you. If you're healthy and haven't done it before you could do plasma donation to get some extra cash. Plasma donation centers usually give $100 for the first few donations, and it takes about two hours. During the trip, when it feels safe I'd recommend camping or sleeping in your car to save money, because a hundred bucks for a hotel or filling up the gas tank twice is an easy choice for me, but obviously if you don't feel safe doing that this won't be very helpful to you. I've done a few road trips so if ya need any advice send me a message. Good luck and stay safe.
